**Qualifications & Qualities We Require:**

- **Previous Finance Manager Experience**: We're looking for individuals with a proven track record in automotive finance management.

- **Exceptional Producer**: Must be a documented $2500 PVR and 250% Product penetration producer. Show us your impressive results!

- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience with Docupad or similar software is a plus. CDK experience is also helpful.

- **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of dealership finance and insurance procedures is key.

- **Professionalism**: A professional and personal appearance is vital in this role.

- **Tech Proficiency**: Advance Microsoft Office knowledge, computer software, and internet proficiency are required.

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills are a must.

- **Team Leadership**: Must possess the ability to build and manage a strong finance team.

- **Driver's License**: A valid driver's license is essential.

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive finance management.

- **Financial Acumen**: Strong knowledge of automotive financing products, regulations, and industry practices.

- **Results-Driven**: Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving profitability.

- **Relationship Builder**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and lending institutions.

- **Detail-Oriented**: Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

- **Pressure Handler**: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

**Responsibilities:**

As an Automobile Finance Manager, you will:

- Provide customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended Service Contracts, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.

- Submit paperwork for finance approvals in a timely manner, maintaining good relationships with finance sources.

- Ensure accurate and complete documentation, auditing team deals post-sale.

- Expedite funding of all contracts and structure deals for maximum profitability.

- Proficiently handle title laws and registration processes.

- Work closely with the Sales Desk, make credit decisions, and assist in collecting down payments and transaction monies.

- Create and maintain good relations with guests while maintaining High SSI .

- Oversee all aspects of finance and insurance operations within the dealership, working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transactions.

- Review credit applications, assess creditworthiness, and negotiate financial terms with customers.

- Collaborate with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.

- Prepare and submit accurate paperwork for loan approvals and contract finalization.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant finance and insurance regulations.

- Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for dealership management.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
