The Wallace Inn seeks a motivated, responsible individual to join our front desk team. We are looking for someone with strong phone, computer and organizational skills that would enjoy providing great guest service in the Silver Valley’s top rated hotel.
This position is for Front Desk/Guest Service Reprehensive:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests
- Handle reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and manage billing
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Manage guest check-outs and process final bills
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
