Wallace Montgomery has an immediate opening for an IT Technician with the ability to do most if not all of the below :
- Work on site (1 day remote) in Hunt Valley Offices WM I.T. Tech I;
- Support end-users directly through the WM ticketing system, as part of the WM I.T. Helpdesk;
- Familiarity with Helpdesk ticketing and self-prioritizing ticketing issues as arise;
- Trouble shooting in remote sessions as needed, Teams and GoToAssist and contact 1on1 trouble shooting when able;
- Producing documentation of work;
- Building workstation Physical / VM and familiar with hardware;
- Perform hardware repair, software installs, general troubleshooting for software and hardware;
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite E5 and Adobe Suite;
- Networking hardware and software OS configuring, IP / DNS / DHCP, switches and cabling;
- Familiarity with MS Windows OS, MS365, MS Teams & Azure;
- Experience with XenServer / Citrix and Azure portal,manipulating Virtual Machines - a plus;
- Creating virtual servers in Azure a plus;
- Occasional travel to support WM Satellite offices in the DELMARVA area.
Salary : $25 - $28
