Qualifications Requirements:
1. Immediately available
2. A bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred) or any business major
3. No work experience is required but any accounting/operation related experience is plus
4. Must be highly detail oriented and organized in your work
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Advanced Excel skills required and knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
Duties:
1. Assist AR/AP with the day-to-day, monthly and year-end operations of the Accounting Team.
2. Perform repetitive data entry tasks, calculate, prepare and enter various month end journal entries into the General Ledger.
3. Manage the processing of cash receipts, recording of revenue and receivable and work closely with the team to ensure that revenues and receivables are recorded and reconciled.
4. Review and process expense reports and receipts submitted on monthly basis.
5. Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
6. Establish, modify, document and coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
7. Work on special projects and prepare ad hoc reports and analysis as needed.
8. Filing and auditing of company documents for Accounting and HR departments.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
