Job description
Overview:
Join our team as a Camp leader and make a positive impact on children's lives in a fun and engaging environment. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about working with children and creating memorable experiences at our summer camp.
Duties:
- Supervise and engage campers in various activities and games
- Implement planned programs and activities to promote learning and fun
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to campers
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Assist in resolving conflicts and behavioral issues among campers
- Collaborate with fellow counselors and camp staff to create a positive camp experience
-Daily field trips with group
Requirements:
- Experience working with children in a camp, educational, or recreational setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge or experience in areas such as, tutoring, theater, behavior management, special education, classroom management, childhood development, or childcare is a plus
- Certification in first aid is preferred
- Ability to demonstrate patience, creativity, and adaptability in working with diverse groups of children
-Must have a clean driver record and willing to drive 14 passage bus.

Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
