Exciting Opportunity for Bilingual Experienced Inventory Specialist at our Syngin Technology, Inc a Wallenius Wilhelmsen company. (100% Remote Opportunity)
Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Inventory Specialist you will:
- Ensure that activities support facility objectives.
- Acts as company representative to customers and carriers, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Responds to customer service inquiries concerning account activities, priorities, and status.
- Prepares and analyzes reports.
- Maintains various systems.
- Performs all functions in a timely manner.
- Cross-trains and performs other administrative functions
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Your experience and background includes:
- One year experience in customer service and inventory control procedures preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to interface with customers and employees.
- Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
- Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient at an Intermediate Level in MS Excel and have a working knowledge of MS Windows and Word.
- Previous accounting experience is a plus.
