Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsible for all terminal operations including but not limited to.
- Responsible for the overall operational and customer care performance of Mid-Atlantic Terminal.
- Act within agreed financial budget limits for Mid-Atlantic Terminal.
- Ensure Mid-Atlantic Terminal policies and directives are followed by all internal and external customers. Maintain effective communication with all divisions of Wallenius Wilhelmsen regionally.

- Develop a proactive, structured, and constructive environment in which Mid-Atlantic Terminal and labor perform as a team.
- Participate in labor negotiations as they relate to terminal developments.
- Maintain quality initiatives for Mid-Atlantic Terminal operations and customer care.
- Develop team through dialogue, mentoring, coaching, competence development, and performance management.
- Ensure all members of the team utilize the Terminal Operation Management System
