- Lead a high-performing team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals.
- Maintain optimal occupancy levels and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular unit inspections and audits to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Process rental applications, collect rents, and deposit funds into community accounts.
- Collaborate with Regional Manager to resolve audit findings and improve operational efficiency.
- BUILD and maintain positive relationships with community owners, residents, and stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year property management experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
