Wallwork Truck Center Needs You! We are looking for a detail orientated, sales & team minded individual to lead our Used Truck Department. This role consists of purchasing Used Equipment, orchestrating delivery to our dealerships, making sure the units purchased are inspected and repaired to our quality control standards - working with our internal service departments, scheduling and approving necessary physical reconditioning to our internal standards, working with support staff to validate equipment has proper specification descriptions, clear-high quality photographs and videos on our marketing channels, priced to accurate to market conditions, and working with sales team and customers to complete a sales transactions. JOB SUMMARY
The responsibilities of the Used Equipment Sales Manager are to support the Sales position in the market of selling and promoting trucks and trailers, maintain an accurate view of truck/trailer markets and evolve with the ever-changing enhancements of truck and trailer specifications. This position will also maintain new and existing customers and travel to various locations in order to meet customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)
Education and/or years’ experience required:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years business experience in a related field.
- Class A CDL.
- Minimum two years’ experience with Microsoft Excel and Access, CRM, and SharePoint.
- Minimum two years of experience as a sales manager in the truck/ trailer industry or similar industry capacity.
Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:
- Effective computer, mathematical and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel as required.

- Ability to work well under pressure while assisting a wide variety of customers and fostering relationships with key industry contacts ability to read and interpret truck specification lists and various other technical bulletins.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES
- Monitors and improves sales and operations in the sales department.
- Assists sales team with completing or processing sales.
- Train and supervise sales team.
- Oversee department inventory.
- Take ownership and accountability on departmental initiatives.
- Work in collaboration with other departments to accomplish company goals.
- Maintain client and prospect databases.
- Follow departmental procedures in completing truck paperwork using available systems tools.
- Coordinate service work with the service department
- Coordinate financing and insurance with Wallwork Financial Corporation.
- Be available for assigned lot days, required meetings, and other appointed times consistent and required to conduct and maintain sales department business.
- Meet established performance criteria as determined by the General Manager.
- Complete product and sales training as assigned.
- Ability to read and interpret truck specification lists and various other technical bulletins.
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
- Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the General Manager.
- Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrates the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
