Reporting to the Chief of Staff for CTO Operations, you will be the engine behind the organization’s operating rhythm, leadership forums preparedness, associate experience, and strategic projects. What you'll do...
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Execution: Lead planning and execution of cross-functional programs that align with organizational priorities. Partner closely with leaders and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and measurable impact.
- Operational Rhythm & Governance: Establish and proactively manage operational rhythms, meeting cadences, planning cycles, and events management.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive associate engagement initiatives including onboarding, learning, recognition, and inclusion. Create programs that foster community, connection, and a sense of belonging.
- Metrics & Accountability: Monitor and report progress against organizational goals. Hold teams accountable for deliverables aligned with the organization’s strategic vision and team’s key OKRs.
- Standardization & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and standardize ways of working across programs, promoting efficiency and continuous improvement in how the team operates.
- Knowledge Management: Establish and maintain a centralized, well-organized repository of key documents, templates, playbooks, and best practices to ensure continuity, scalability, and easy access across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 5 years of experience in program or project management
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a high-visibility role
- Strong background in driving organizational engagement and change management
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PMP/Agile certification
- Experience in a global technology organization
- Background in corporate strategy, operations, or communications
- Prior experience managing enterprise-wide engagement or enablement programs

- Programs are executed on time, within scope, and exceed stakeholder expectations
- Positive feedback from leaders on readiness and program effectiveness
- Increased associate engagement scores across targeted initiative

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
