We are seeking detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our growing team. This role involves assembling, inspecting, and packaging small components in a fast-paced, clean work environment. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Assemble small components according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and any defects.
- Handle delicate materials with precision to ensure proper functionality.
- Perform hand and tool-assisted assembly, including fastening, connecting, and soldering (if applicable).
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, or schematics when assembling products.
- Utilize basic measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers (a plus but not required).
- Package and label assembled products properly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
- Identify and report any quality or process issues to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production preferred but not required – training provided!
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small parts.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic math and measurement skills – familiarity with calipers/micrometers a plus!
- Good manual dexterity and ability to handle delicate materials.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
