Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and consistency.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company standards.
- Load raw materials and ensure proper machine setup.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger problems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production.

What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous machine operation experience in manufacturing is a plus
- Plastics extrusion experience is a strong advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable work ethic and ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
