Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the servicing of commercial insurance accounts, certificates of insurance, endorsements, billing and payments. Supporting the claims process and collaborating with a close-knit team to deliver exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing of Client Accounts: Issues all Binders/Certificates/EPI’s. Assist AE’s and AM’s with renewal questionnaires, loss control data and processing customer data in Agency Management system (AMS360).
- Handle Billing & Payments: Assist with billing inquiries and follow up on payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support Claims Process: Guide clients through the insurance claims process and work with internal teams to ensure efficient claim resolution.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to provide top-tier service to clients, contributing to the success of the team.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere to internal policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
