- Manage consulting firms engaged in Department projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate consultant activities with Department staff and oversee contract scope changes and agreements.
- Lead feasibility and scoping studies, design criteria development, and environmental assessments for projects.
- Serve as the engineering liaison to management, providing expertise on engineering issues, evaluating reports, and making recommendations.
- Review contract document submissions for compliance with Department standards.
