Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Director of Development & Community Relations to join their team. This is a full-time, leadership position focused on driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities Include:

• Identify and drive new business opportunities for revenue growth and market diversification.
• Lead strategic planning, including mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring.
• Develop and execute business development strategies, including market analysis and customer segmentation.
• Optimize revenue streams through innovative business models, funding opportunities, and reimbursement negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including payors, funding sources, and regulatory agencies.
• Direct the development of marketing, branding, and public relations strategies to enhance organizational visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Prior grant management, writing, and administration experience is required.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, including successful new business ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Experience in government and community-based services and managed care preferred.
• Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and ROI assessments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with experience in securing funding and partnerships.
