The Challenge?
Drive 150 qualified leads per week across every marketing channel available—email, digital, TV, radio, dinner seminars, and beyond. Not just any leads. High-quality ones that become clients for our growing team of advisors.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning the email marketing strategy—automation, drip sequences, segmentation, and conversion-focused copy.
- Orchestrating multi-channel marketing campaigns and ensuring they hit numbers and move the needle.
- Tracking, testing, and optimizing every piece of the funnel for lead quality, CPL, and ROI.
- Working closely with leadership, advisors, and support teams to align strategy with real-world results.
- Ensuring brand consistency and coordination across all channels—from inbox to dinner seminar.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5 years in marketing, with lead gen and email at the core.
- Proficiency in ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact.
- A data-first mindset and fluency in tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards.
- Proven ability to manage digital ads, events, campaigns, and cross-functional teams.
- Bonus points for experience in financial services, direct response marketing, and CRO/A/B testing.
