CAD Designer

80-90K plus excellent benefits package including PTO and 401k.
To be successful in this role :
You will be a confident CAD Designer, with some level of expertise in producing CAD outputs with packages including AutoCAD and / or MicroStation.
Other requirements for this role include :
- Computer Literacy in basic software packages including Word, Excel, Power point etc
- Fluent spoken and written English language
- Ability to work maturely in a diverse team
- Other desirable but not essential requirements for this role include :
- Post school level education achievements in relevant area for delivering engineering CAD outputs
- Awareness of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Position summary :
This role will suit someone looking for the opportunity to broaden their experience into Electricity Transmission. It will provide the solid fundamental understanding of HV OHL design supporting construction on a variety of projects and will support professional development and recognition within the sector. In addition, you will be part of a global team and the development opportunities this brings.
Job role and responsibilities :
As a CAD Designer, you will deliver drawings, design deliverables and documents as directed by the engineers and designers in accordance the engineering procedures and guidance notes.
