Position Overview : The Chief of Staff (CoS) will play a pivotal role in supporting the C-Suite executive team to ensure efficient operations of Walsingham Group. The CoS will act as a strategic planner, and operational leader, streamlining processes and fostering collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the defense contracting industry, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning and Execution :
Align with the C- Suite leadership team to develop and execute the company’s strategic goals and initiatives.
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
Act as a liaison between the C-Suite and other staff members, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across teams.
Assist in managing relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.
Lead or oversee high-priority initiatives and ad hoc projects, ensuring successful execution.
