Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of global Costuming initiatives, including concurrent management of projects with multi-year durations and diverse scope. These initiatives may involve developing new business applications, identifying and evaluating new business models, driving globalization, and process improvement for our supply chain.
- Establishes project scopes, detailed requirements, timelines, and resource allocation
- Serves as primary liaison between multiple teams, including Costuming, Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Technology & Digital, and external vendors
- Develops and implements effective project management methodologies and tools tailored to individual project needs
- Assesses project risks and formulates mitigation strategies
- Cultivates relationships with business partners in our theme parks and resorts worldwide to influence project outcomes and standard process sharing across sites
- Provides regular briefings and status reports to executives, leaders, and team members on key milestones and critical path elements
