Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of business plans for the Ride Studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial guidance and collaborating with Ride executives on operating and financial strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual operating, financial, and resource plans that support high-level department goals.
- Collaborate with the Studio Leader, department executives, and individual project leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide financial guidance and analysis to inform business decisions and improve spending towards strategic goals.
Required Skills:
- 7 years of experience in business management, finance, and/or operations-related positions.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing strategic direction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex information into engaging messages.
