We're looking for talented individuals who can provide exceptional bakery experiences while working with one of the world's leading entertainment and hospitality companies. Our team members enjoy a world of options across our Hotels and Theme Parks, from quick service to fine dining.
Key Qualifications
- 4 years of recent, from-scratch pastry/bakery experience or equivalent culinary certificate and 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in all bakery functions, including equipment operation, chocolate tempering, sauce work, bread baking, and specialty cake creation
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of pastry science and multiple advanced techniques
- Demonstrated ability to follow recipes, convert measurements, and maintain a clean workspace
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a focus on Food Safety and HACCP

Schedule Availability
Please note that our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24/7, and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am or end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am, or 5:00am. Cast Members may work third shifts or overnight in our bakeries.
