- Coordinate and schedule tow and transport trucks
- Receive and process customer orders for transportation services
- Assign drivers and vehicles to specific routes
- Monitor the progress of drivers and provide updates to customers
- Resolve any issues or delays in delivery by communicating with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders

- Proficiency in towbooks or similar transportation management software
- Ability to analyze transportation data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information System) and GPS (Global Positioning System) technology
- Experience in fleet management and dispatching operations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other communication tools
- Excellent typing skills for data entry and record keeping
