Walter & Jackson, Inc. is a thriving, independent company offering a complete line of products and services, including lumber and building materials, kitchens and baths, doors and windows, interior doors, trim and millwork. We have an immediate need for an Outside Sales Representative at our location in Christiana, PA.
We offer a competitive salary (commensurate with experience) as well as a high-potential commission program based on monthly/annual goals and payouts, in addition to a vehicle program.
We are located near Gap, PA and serve customers primarily in Eastern Lancaster and Chester counties.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with our Inside Sales Team to assist customers with product options
- Develop effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Treat all employees, vendors, and customers with dignity, respect, and courtesy
- Become efficient with our customer-focused ERP system
- Meet or exceed established sales/revenue goals
- Organize purchase and schedule delivery of Special Order Items
Qualifications:
- Sales experience is preferred
- Industry experience is required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Maintain a strong positive attitude
- Take pride in being a part of a customer-focused team
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Driver's License with a clean record
