Job Overview:As a Floral Assistant at Walter Knoll Florist, you will support our team by:
Maintaining the floral cooler to ensure it’s well-stocked and organized.
Managing inventory levels with guidance from the Floral Manager.
Preparing flowers by removing foliage and packaging materials.
Wrapping finished floral products.
Assisting customers in selecting flowers.
Learning to design and create floral arrangements for a variety of events, such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate gatherings.
Preparing orders with appropriate materials to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborating with the team to provide efficient and exceptional service.
Keeping workspaces clean, organized, and well-stocked.
