As a Finance Manager (F&I Manager) with Walter's Auto Group, you will be a key player in driving our dealership's success. This role is responsible for overseeing all finance and insurance operations, helping customers secure financing, handling documentation, and promoting service contracts and protection products. The Finance Manager will work closely with both customers and lenders to structure deals, optimize customer satisfaction, and maximize dealership profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance and Insurance Coordination: Facilitate all finance and insurance activities, including financing options, documentation, and protection products.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accuracy in documentation and adherence to state, federal, and dealership policies.
- Customer Interaction: Greet clients, assess financing needs, educate them on options, and support informed decision-making.
- Lender Relations: Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to offer competitive financing.
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work with the Sales team to ensure all sales are referred to the F&I department and provide insight into finance and lease programs.
- Administrative Duties: Process finance transactions, secure lender approvals, and handle funding according to company policies.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of satisfaction by addressing issues promptly.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed targeted Client Satisfaction Index scores, sales goals, and finance targets; prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Compliance Adherence: Follow all company policies and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional Service: Deliver excellent customer service in alignment with the company's values.
- Experience: Proven experience in finance and insurance within an automotive dealership is required, with a strong record in managing profitability and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of state and federal finance regulations, dealership policies, and compliance.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and credit evaluation skills; expertise in loan approvals.
- License: Must have a clean, valid driver’s license.
