Summary

As Produce/ Floral Manager, you will lead our Produce department, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. This role is essential in enhancing our store's reputation for offering the area's best fresh fruits and vegetables along with eye catching floral bouquets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Produce & Floral departments, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking.
• Lead and train team members in established industry techniques and customer service best practices.
• Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and promote sales.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotional events and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends to effectively price products and maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Produce retail management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and training.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
• Basic math skills for pricing and inventory management tasks.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 – 53 per week
