Role Description
The Houston office of Walters Balido & Crain seeks an attorney with 3-5 years of commercial litigation / personal injury experience. Requires strong knowledge of current procedural and substantive law, as well as federal and state rules. Must have effective oral and written advocacy skills, negotiation tactics, and the ability to apply analytical skills in addressing complex legal issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing for court appearances, depositions, file management from intake to resolution, participation in settlement conferences, research, and client correspondence.
