Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and support within our dealership environment. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area, assisting customers, and facilitating smooth operations.

Duties

• Greet customers as they arrive and assist them with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including waiting rooms and workspaces.
• Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide guest services by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering assistance as needed.
• Support the dealership's overall hospitality efforts to create a welcoming environment for all guests.
• Pickup and Return Service Vehicles for Local Customers
• Provide Transportation back to work for Local Drop Off Customers

Qualifications

• Must be 21 Years of Age or Older
• Valid Kentucky Driver's License is Required
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of retail math is beneficial for managing transactions accurately.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
