Your Role in the Spotlight 

As the Facilities Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for all things maintenance and facilities across 17 gorgeous venues around the DFW area! You’ll lead a skilled team of technicians, managing weekly schedules, and ensure work orders and capital projects are completed efficiently and effectively.  Your role is essential in assessing regional needs and building a Best-in-Class team of technicians to support and elevate our venues. 🚀 

Here’s what your role will involve: 

🛠️ Own Your Success 

• Manage a team of technicians to complete daily work orders. 

• Ensure all venues are always in “Like-New” condition by proactively addressing issues before they arise. 

• Take pride in completing each task with the bride’s perfect day in mind! 

🎯 Be the Go-To Facilities Guru 

• Be available as the point person for emergencies (don’t worry, your PTO is sacred! 🏖️) to handle urgent needs quickly and effectively. 

• Coordinate with vendors and technicians to resolve challenges and keep everything running smoothly. 

• Communicate clearly with leadership, providing timely updates and solutions. 

👷‍♂️ Build Lead the Future Team 

• Assess the region’s maintenance needs and help develop a plan for future growth. 

• Take the lead in mentoring, hiring, onboarding, and training Best-in-Class technicians to support your venues. 

• Inspire your team to uphold our Mission, Vision, Values to the highest standards of care and excellence. 

📅 Organize Execute Maintenance Plans 

• Oversee the completion of quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks for all venues. 

• Conduct daily property walks called “Eyes of the Bride” audits, proactively identifying and resolving any issues to ensure each venue remains flawless. 

• Keep detailed documentation of work orders, inventory, and compliance checks. 

Projects Excellence 

• Manage exciting projects, such as landscaping upgrades, equipment replacements, and energy efficiency improvements. 

• Maintain inventory, tools, and assets, ensuring everything is accounted for and in great shape. 

• Work closely with vendors and contractors to deliver exceptional results. 

🛡️ Safety Compliance 

• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all venues meet compliance standards. ✅ 

• Stay ahead of permits, water testing, and OSHA training requirements. 

• Ensure safety protocols are followed, with proper PPE available and used. 

💵 Pay Details

• $27 - $35 per hour to start. Higher pay if you bring certifications like EPA, HVAC, PMP, Electrical, or Plumbing. 💵 

• A hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth as you build your team and help our facilities program expand. 

What You Bring 

• Multi-Unit leadership experience in facilities management or maintenance of 5 years or more. 

• A spotless background check and good driver’s record. 

• A proactive mindset and a knack for solving problems and staying organized. 

• Comfort with budgeting, compliance, and vendor coordination. 

• A passion for creating beautiful spaces with precision and care. 

• A basic bag of tools. (Larger tools will be available at venues). 

• A dependable vehicle.
