Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Helpdesk professional located in Saginaw, Texas. The role involves day-to-day computer administration, information technology equipment support, troubleshooting, network management, and providing excellent customer service. The IT helpdesk professional will be responsible for working with IT management and staff and utilizing helpdesk requests per company policy and strategy.
