What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Wampold Companies?
Full-time administration positon for Community Manager. The job description includes but may not be limited to the following duties.
- Effectively manage the apartment community, including both office maintenance personnel, activities and available resources in order to successfully achieve community objectives.
- Provides leadership to co-workers by giving support and following through on commitments.
- Detailed oriented, interact well with people, provide high level of customer service and be able to multi-task.
- Ensure consistent application of property rules and regulations, lease documents, and report all violations
- Monitor rental application verification for accuracy and approve/reject all processed rental applications
- Monitor service request follow up calls; and contact residents if there is a delay in completing a repair order
- Monitor rent collections and resolve all delinquencies in a timely manner
- Assure all bank deposits are made daily when funds are on site
- Routine inspections of lawn maintenance contractor, pest control, filter replacement, and fertilization programs
- Responsible for being aware of, practicing, and enforcing Fair Housing regulations and policies at all times
- Timely submittal of personnel information, E-Time reports, and Team bonus paperwork
- Monitor the Community for liability issues and make recommendations for corrective action
- Conduct, document, and report results of weekly team planning meetings
- Submit all credit loss entries for approval
- Conduct final move out inspections to determine applicable move out charge
- Must be willing to work flexible hours/days/weekends
- Previous Property Management experience required
