Creative Media and Events Associate
Job Summary:
This role must be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese. Creative Media and Events at Wan Bridge Group is established to foster vibrant community interactions, promote our Master Planned Communities (MPCs) and rental properties, and deliver enriching, memorable experiences for investors, residents, and business partners. This department will creatively leverage new media platforms and innovative event programming to create a synergistic, cohesive marketing, customer retention, and branding initiative.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Investor Reception & Site Tours
- Plan, organize, and host investor receptions, ensuring guests have an informative and positive experience.
- Present the company's mission, achievements, and future goals to investors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and lead tours of various project sites within Texas, tailoring experiences to specific investor interests.
- Develop engaging multimedia content (photography, videography, short documentaries) to showcase local economic development, company progress, and success stories.
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize visual storytelling strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Serve as the main point with the investor relations team, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work closely with management to provide consistent updates on company milestones and project developments.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain resident event calendar, outlining community events, investor activities, and marketing milestones.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create clear guidelines and SOPs for community events, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to brand standards
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with onsite teams to implement event plans, from logistics and vendor management to audience engagement.
- Online & Offline Integration: Align event strategies with resident app development strategies
- Feedback Collection & App Enhancement: Gather ongoing feedback from event attendees and partner with product and development teams to convert insights into improvements for the company's customer app and user experience.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese
- Experience managing budgets for events
- Proven success in delivering social media content
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree required
Essential Functions:
- Report to the Office daily to adhere to schedule that can include weekends and holidays
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
- Excellent organization, coordination, and project management skills.
- Lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
