Wang Brothers Construction Inc, located in Berkeley, CA, is looking for an office clerk. We are in search of a highly motivated, detailed oriented person to provide general support to the Construction Team. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and within a team setting, fast learner with excellent communication skills (both oral and written). Our office is very fast paced, please apply only if you are willing to be trained in multiple tasks. Spanish Speaking is a Must.
Main Responsibilities may include:
- Provide general administrative support
- Visit Properties
- Help Manage construction workers schedules and supervise work completion
- Purchasing of materials, tracking and inventory
- Monitor project progress
- Proofreading documents
- Maintaining project files
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and fulfill deadlines
- Spanish Speaking
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
This is an entry level, training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
