The Chief Transformation Officer will lead the development and execution of our organization's people strategy, driving business growth through strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention. This role will be instrumental in creating a compelling vision for our People team and leading all aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and people operations.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with our business objectives
- Lead the design and implementation of HR processes and systems to support business growth
- Collaborate with executive leaders to drive organizational change efforts and scalability
- Manage Wangard's Talent Management Cycle, including recruiting, interviews, assessment, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, orientation, training, goal setting, performance reviews, employee relations, discipline, and termination
