Key Responsibilities
The Chief Transformation Officer will be responsible for:
- Managing Wangard's hiring, onboarding, employee review, regulatory compliance, and other human resources processes
- Participating in weekly company management meetings and quarterly strategic planning meetings
- Working with outside vendors to keep our equipment and software packages up-to-date and replaced as needed
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
