Summary

As a Country Club Server at Wannamoisett Country Club, you will play an integral role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Your main responsibility will be to warmly and enthusiastically cater to the needs of our patrons, ensuring they receive all their desired food and beverage orders, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. It is essential that you take pride in your organizational skills and maintain an efficient work ethic, consistently adhering to service standards that exceed the expectations of both guests and fellow associates.

Attention to detail is paramount in this position, as you will be tasked with setting tables and the bar according to specifications, carrying trays, and providing an exceptional customer service experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all arrangements meet the club’s high standards. You must be both attentive and proactive, addressing all guest needs throughout their service.

This role requires an energetic individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that supports both bar and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar hospitality setting, along with a solid understanding of food and beverage service.

It is important to note that this is a non-tipping position, and employees will be compensated on an hourly basis. Flexibility is essential, as you must be willing to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during events on Fridays, Saturdays, and select Sundays in the fall and winter. A suitable applicant is a "people person" who can adapt their schedule, enjoys serving others, and excels at multitasking while maintaining accuracy.
