Job Description
- Assess, evaluate, and treat patients in the hospital/medical office setting.
- Work closely with a team of physicians and nurse practitioners to provide high-quality patient care.
- Opportunities for teaching and supervision with St. Joseph Health System Family Medicine residents.
- Maintain active membership status on the medical staff of SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply.
Requirements
- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine
- IN license (or willing to obtain)
- BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain)
- DEA (or willing to obtain)
- COVID-vaccination
