What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Wara Bistro?
Wara Bistro is looking for coffee lovers to join us as baristas who are lucky to serve some of the best customers. We are specifically looking for someone who can work on Saturdays and Sundays with flexibility to work opens, mids, or closes. We are also looking for the ability to work 1-2 additional days during the week as needed.
Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drink menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have 1 years of specialty coffee experience, genuinely enthusiastic customer service skills and knowledge of different brewing methods. You should be able to work various shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter
- Answer customer questions regarding beverages, ingredients and merchandise
- Take orders while paying attention to details
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Serve beverages, pastries, prepared grab 'n' go snacks and bottled beverages
- Receive and process payments
- Keep the bar area clean with a "Clean As You Go" Mentality

Skills
- 1 Years in Specialty Coffee
- Ability to pour latte art
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
