This role has responsibility for the ongoing daily administrative activities across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient workflow within the office. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as centralized contact for administrative workflows
- Support all lines of business with bookkeeping, billing, tax reporting
- Support executive functions of President and Vice Presidents
- Manage records of inventory system
- Develop and train effective team members to help accomplish goals
- Act as a problem solver and leader
- Other job duties as assigned
Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to be self directed

- Time management and multitasking
- Bookkeeping, record keeping and filing, and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of B2B and B2C sales environment
- Working knowledge of auto, heavy truck, agricultural, and heavy equipment parts
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience with office administration and bookkeeping
- Ability to work in an office environment with frequent sitting required
