Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in our Denver, Colorado office for a Project Surveyor to join our team!
Project Surveyors are responsible for assisting the project team in land surveying of multiple site development projects. This includes preparation of ALTA, boundary, improvement, and topographic surveys. Preparation of as-built surveys, subdivision plats, legal descriptions and exhibits. The project surveyor will also perform deed research, deed plotting and map checks.

The compensation range is $25-$35 hourly, plus benefits. Work With Us - WARE MALCOMB. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, licensing, project specialty/complexity and work location. At Ware Malcomb certain roles are bonus eligible.

Project Surveyor Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of surveying procedures and practices, including the preparation of legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, field surveying, and land platting.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Civil construction plan reading and interpretation
- Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Degree or Certificate in Land Surveying or related field
