We are currently seeking an experienced , conscientious, detail oriented and enthusiastic Warewashing & Laundry – Tech to join our team. The Tech position is responsible for installing new systems, preventative maintenance calls / repairs on mechanical and electrical systems on commercial warewashing, laundry, and housekeeping chemical dispensers. Additionally, the candidate should identify sales opportunities within existing accounts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Primary job responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

• Maintain Warewashing & Laundry chemical dispensers through monthly service visits.
• Answer and respond to emergency service calls within 24 hours.
• Schedule and install Warewashing, Laundry and Housekeeping dispensers.
• Complete a service report after each preventive maintenance call on company tech.
• Utilize a test kit to troubleshoot Warewashing & Laundry issues.
• Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts, and follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Prepare action plans / schedules to identify specific target accounts; communicate new sales opportunities to the appropriate sales manager.
• Other activities as directed by Management.
