Our fully stocked restaurant and bar complement a robust calendar of events and a strong membership base of around 300. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality experiences for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and maintain food stations
- Prepare food for service
- Ensure food is cooked and presented to a high standard
- Monitor food quality and consistency
- Constant communication with chef about any equipment issues, inventory, conflicts and the like
