Position: Lead Line Cook
Location: Western Hills Country Club, Mt. Vernon, Indiana
About Western Hills Country Club:
Western Hills Country Club is a distinguished private club in Mt. Vernon, Indiana, celebrated for its challenging golf course, Olympic-sized swimming pool, and tennis/pickleball facilities. Our fully stocked restaurant and bar complement a robust calendar of events and a strong membership base of around 300. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality experiences for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain food stations
- Prepare food for service
- Ensure food is cooked and presented to a high standard
- Monitor food quality and consistency
- Constant communication with chef about any equipment issues, inventory, conflicts and the like
Experience/Licensing Required:
- Experience with fryer, grill, food prep and safety
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
- Attention to detail when plating
- A desire to learn and grow as a food specialist
