We are a countertop manufacturing company seeking an organized, dedicated and dependable person to join our team. Duties includes coordinating countertop templates and installs, entering job details, preparation of estimates, customer service, interaction with customers in the factory and confirming template details with customers before and after appointments.
Experience in the countertop industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer service inquiries.
- Help customers who are having problems with the company's product or service.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Work with the company's outside vendors to resolve problems.
- Communicate with co-workers about customer issues and requests for assistance.
- Ability to take incoming calls and schedule template and installs.
- Management opening also available based upon industry experience.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be able to work with customers in resolving conflicts.

Job Duties:
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Input customer data and job details into company software.
- Review of details after job is templated.
- Call and/or email Customers to keep communication and keep them informed about job details.
- Follow up call and/or email after installation is complete.
- Organize workflow and appointments by routing jobs accordingly.
- Maintain close communication with Templaters and installers as well with customers.
- Provide support and information to co-workers.
- Help walk in customers when needed.
