Responsibilities : Close cooperation with World of Tanks PC Product group, global publishing team and regional marketing specialists to cater the regional audience with proper marketing communication and campaignsGather insights on the regional markets and audience to build communication strategy, test hypotises and acquire players effectivelyParticipate in the creation process of regional marketing assets (art, video, banners, landing pages, etc.)Create marketing plans and participate in the budgeting process for the upcoming regional marketing effortsProvide Global team with timely reports on the campaigns performance and improvement suggestionsDrive marketing RnD efforts in the region to find and develop new channelsManage key regional partners for promotions, sponsorships and partnershipsManage special projects of various kind and scaleRequirements : 5 years of relevant experience in gaming industryExperience with PC titles, especially with F2P business modelAbility to communicate clearly and concisely in EnglishAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced and changing environmentKnowledge of digital marketing (SEM, SEO, SMM, RTB, OLV mechanics)Analytical approach and ability to set correct tasks to analytics teams and interpret the output dataMultitasking and getting things doneRegional working experience
