Full-Time Dayshift Laundry Aide at the Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village
Warm Hearth is looking for a compassionate and service oriented candidate to join our Housekeeping Department Team at the Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly and a dynamic team as we fulfill our mission of “Fostering a person-centered approach to gaining in an inclusive environment that redefines retirement.”
- Salary is competitive and based on experience.
- We have a robust benefits package with a low-cost HSA plan for FT employees. PT employees are offered dental & vision.
- Full Time employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days (40 hours) of PTO upon hire.
- Part Time employees earn two weeks of PTO per year and have access to 3 days (24 hours) of PTO upon hire.
- Access to our gorgeous, state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool.
We currently have a Full-Time position available on the following shift:
- 5 days per week with rotating weekends 6am-2:30pm
Compensation:
- Expected pay rate starts at $14.00 and increases with years of experience.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team setting in a long-term care facility.
Preferences:
- One to three years of previous experience in a long-term care setting is preferred,but not required.

- Complete PPD/COVID Testing
- New Hire Orientation program
What to expect your first 90 days with Warm Hearth Village:
- Job enlargement
- 90 Performance Evaluation
- Receive CPR and First Aid training
What to expect your first year with Warm Hearth Village:
- Eligibility for scholarship programs to pay for other certifications and college education
- Participate in various committees and focus groups on campus.
