Warman O'Brien are delighted to partner with a CDMO seeking an experienced Project Manager to support with tech transfer initiatives at site.
We are seeking a Project Manager with pharma/life sciences industry experience and a strong IT background to support tech transfer initiatives at a leading CDMO. This role requires onsite presence in Bloomington, IN (2-3 days per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead tech transfer projects ensuring seamless transition from development to manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and risks while driving project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and industry regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of project management experience in pharma/life sciences/CDMO environments.
- Strong background in IT systems (e.g., ERP, MES, LIMS) supporting tech transfer processes.
1099 Contracts
Competitive Hourly Rate
Hybrid Onsite - 40 hours per week
Start Date - April/May 2025
8 Month Contract
