As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the digital marketing initiatives for this new division, which involves both B2B and B2C marketing strategies. You will need to be adaptable and comfortable learning about different industries and implementing digital marketing systems that can be tailored to the unique needs of each client. This is a role that requires a self-starter who can take charge, research the best practices for various industries, and build strategies that can be scaled and applied across sectors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, be eager to learn, and have the ability to innovate and create effective solutions that are adaptable to different business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that caters to both B2B and B2C customers, while keeping in mind the diverse industries Project Corporate serves.
  • Research, learn, and apply industry-specific insights to build flexible marketing strategies that can be cross-utilized for clients across various sectors.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Oversee the creation of engaging, industry-tailored content for digital channels (website, social media, blogs, email, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective messaging, copy, and multimedia that resonate with target customers across different industries.
  • SEO & SEM:
  • Optimize website content for improved organic visibility and rankings, catering to the search trends and terms relevant to each client industry.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and generate leads for diverse industries.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter, adjusting the approach based on each industry’s audience and goals.
  • Engage with followers, monitor trends, and create campaigns that resonate with both business and consumer audiences from various industries.
  • Email Marketing & Automation:
  • Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including drip campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails, customized to different industries and target audiences.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve customer engagement, while adjusting the approach for each industry’s specific needs.
  • Paid Media & Advertising:
  • Oversee paid media campaigns, including display ads, retargeting, and paid social media, optimizing them to meet KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI for clients in various industries.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns based on industry-specific performance metrics.
  • Customer Journey Mapping:
  • Develop customer journey maps tailored to the unique characteristics of different industry audiences.
  • Create automated workflows to guide customers through the sales funnel and improve conversion rates, adapting the approach for each sector.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and company goals.
  • Build a cohesive marketing approach that integrates with other departments and functions across multiple industries.
  • Innovation & Technology:
  • Continuously research and implement the latest digital marketing technologies and tools, ensuring they can be adapted and cross-utilized across multiple industries.
  • Leverage the newest digital marketing technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously optimize campaigns for diverse client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Experience working with clients from a variety of industries, demonstrating the ability to adapt strategies to different business needs.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on key performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Self-Starter Mindset:
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to build and lead the division from scratch, researching and applying industry-specific best practices.
  • Willingness to learn and implement digital marketing systems that can be customized for clients in various sectors.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, forward-thinking, and adaptable to the demands of a new division.
  • Strong attention to detail and results-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
