We are looking for a detail-oriented, personable, professional candidate with a strong familiarity with accounts receivable. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, motivated to grow, and understands the importance of teamwork in achieving shared goals. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role works closely with both customers and internal partners to ensure smooth financial operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with customer credit applications.
• Maintain customer master data and sales tax certificates.
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including collection of sales orders and bill of ladings, processing customer invoices, remittances, and refunds.
• Effectively work cross-departmentally to ensure seamless connection between customers, Sales, and Accounting, helping to resolve discrepancies with customer billing and payment receipts proactively.
• Monitor accounts receivable collections by maintaining an aging report, facilitate payment of invoices by contacting customers and sending bill reminders.
• Assist with daily bank management duties.
• Support month-end close and audit including record reclassifications and adjustments, reconcile prepayments, accounts receivable, intercompany and revenue ledgers.
• Perform financial statement analysis by generating management status reports.
• Collaborate and assist with the implementation of new ERP system and other ad hoc projects.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 3 or more years of relevant experience
• QuickBooks experience is ideal; ERP (Epicor) experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in accounts receivable functions.
• Personable and outgoing with experience communicating directly with clients and customers.
• Eager to learn and motivated to grow within the company.
• Team-oriented mindset, understanding that achieving company goals requires collaboration across departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Annual Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 Discretionary Annual Bonus
