Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Part Time -Guest Services Coordinator to join our spa team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service and create a welcoming first point of contact for our guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the spa environment.
Duties:
- Schedule guests for spa appointments and larger event spa days.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Proficient with register and computers is a must.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Assist with phone calls to assist guests with inquiries or requests.
- Responsible for opening and closing chores keeping spa clean/organized.
- Help organize spa and marketing events.
Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to handle guest needs effectively.
- Familiarity with spa management software and phone systems is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Must be flexible to assist with coverage for spa hours including afternoon/eves/Saturdays and occasional mornings.
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Is Polite and Well-spoken, Is a quick learner and can navigate instructions easily
